'We brought Celia Bray in to lead a workshop as part of a professional development series for our youth trainers, and we're so happy that we did.
Celia was easy-going while still being task-oriented with an innovative and interactive workshop. She was able to create a training based on our specific needs, and also allowed us as participants to choose the direction of the workshop as we participated.
She was able to speak in depth about each direction we chose, and helped give us a theoretical understanding of conflict as well as an idea of how it could practically applied to our lives and our work. What struck me most was how she asked us about what we do and what inspires us, which she used to help determine the tone and direction of the workshop. We hope to have her back for another workshop in the future!"
