At the end of the coaching you will not be ‘done’ with your life. You will be living it fully, no longer living as though you are at the mercy of your circumstances or external events. | How it Works |

| In your first meeting with your coach you work out key areas of your life that you would like to produce great results in, and create some goals. If you decide that you want to go ahead with the coaching after the initial consultation, the exciting process of creating new results will begin. You will meet with your coach (either 1:1 or in your business/community group) weekly or fortnightly. You are welcome to contact your coach between sessions if you encounter some hurdles or would like some extra support. |

| Duration |

| Individual coaching sessions are between 30mins and 1hour. For groups, coaching sessions can vary from 1 hour to a few hours depending on the size and needs of the group. Coaching can continue anywhere between 1 month to 8 months or so, depending on the goals you wish to create. |
