Celia is an international facilitator and trainer who inspires leadership that changes the lives of her clients and the future of their communities.
As a psychologist, facilitator and life coach she has an excellent understanding of what motivates people and how to empower people. She works with individuals, communities, NGOs, government and businesses to assist them with creating a vision for the future that inspires them, and clear achievable goals and strategies to fulfil that vision. She is highly experienced in working with people to overcome the barriers to achieving their goals. She has a good understanding of how to create a productive culture and integrate the inevitable differences that arise in any team environment in a way that supports the aims of the business/community.
Celia has created and implemented leadership programs that have resulted in participants winning achievement awards in their area of interest.
In 2007 Celia won an Outstanding Achiever Award at the Tasmanian Community Achievement Awards, she was in the top 5 finalists for the Australian Women’s Leadership Award sponsored by the ANZ bank, and in 2008 has a biography in the Who’s Who of Australian Women.
