| Often we think that leadership is about unity. At Omni we see leadership differently. Effective leadership is working with diversity to a way that strengthens the community and supports a collective vision. Many communities are fractured by diversity and learn to resent it. Many managers do not know how to communicate with the different types of learning styles in the team. Learning how to work well with others is essential if any group is going to create and achieve its vision. |
