There are alternative ways to deal with differences within human relationships than conflict and violence. A true commitment to peace requires a willingness for individuals to examine their motivations and see their own interests are bound up with the health of their communities. Omni offers international experience and skills to examine the causes of conflict at a core level and develop strategies to build strong peaceful communities. The focus at Omni is on solutions and developing the strengths of individuals and communities.
Understanding our own journey and learning to deal with the complexity of our own experience and reactions to the world around us is critical to good leadership and relating well to others. 'Know thyself' (William Shakespeare) is the first step in developing effective leadership.
Along with just, insightful leadership, lasting peace requires systems of governance that have integrity and pure intention. Through strong leadership a community can celebrate and utilizes individual strengths and the collective wisdom of its people.
